Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.
Send to the Bear Hospital
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will notify you via email as soon as your Bear arrives safely at our factory.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement Bear within 5-7 business days.
